An Oregon woman faces up to 19 months in prison for refusing to allow her daughter to undergo liver cancer surgery, treat him with CBD oil and leave with the teenager. Christina Gale Dixon, 39, was convicted of prison interference and criminal mistreatment in connection with the battle over Kylee Dixon’s medical care. After Kylee was taken in, she underwent surgery, which was successful, according to The Oregonian.
