Sommer Ray in Bathing Suit Says “Swim is the Move” — Celebwell


Model and fitness influencer Sommer Ray has an amazing figure, which she’s not afraid to show off. She has posted several revealing photos on social media. In a recent Instagram post, Ray modeled a zebra print swimsuit from her line. She captioned the post: “Swimming is movement, even though it’s almost August.” How do you stay so fit? Ray revealed some of his health and wellness tips in this video from his channel. He says he doesn’t like to eat a whole meal for breakfast, preferring smoothies in the morning. “I like to wake up and make a smoothie,” she says. “I put a bunch of spinach in it, because I hate eating spinach, but I like to drink it. A couple scoops of protein powder and I put flaxseed in it.”

In his YouTube video, Ray revealed one of the things he uses for muscle pain. She says she has struggled with knee pain for years and that various treatments, such as physical therapy, didn’t always work. However, she found a solution. “I use CBD oil,” he says. “It helps with the inflammation and it’s like it’s changed my life.” Ray says he puts it on before he works out.

Ray revealed some of his favorite training and diet tricks in this post on your website. She says she likes to use gym equipment in a unique way. “I get creative and use standard strength training machines in my own way,” he says. “Take the hamstring curl machine. Instead of lying face down and hooking your ankles behind the bar to hook the back of your legs to bring the bar to my butt (as directed), I’m face up with my upper back at the top. pad, soles of my feet on the floor and the bar placed against my hips. In the post on his website, Ray revealed that he likes to do interval training. “After my workouts, I do 6 minutes of high-intensity interval training with a jump rope. I’ll jump for 1-3 minutes, rest for 30 seconds, and repeat for up to six minutes total before calling “up to date.”

Ray naturally tries to eat healthy. However, he also believes in consent. “On the weekends and some weekdays I also like to have a drink, usually tequila, and whatever else I’m in the mood for,” he writes on his website. “If I want a slice of pizza, I have a slice of pizza. I want to look good, but I also want to enjoy life.”
