A new report and a national survey by the British: HOW TO “BE YOU” AND FIGHT THE PANDEMIC PRESSURES OF COVID-19 FOR PERFECTING HEALTH, reveals the intense pressure we are putting on ourselves to regain our waist while we live a pandemic. . STRESS: Nearly six in ten (57%) adults said their lives were more stressful from the start of the pandemic, and younger people were more likely to admit that the pandemic had affected their mental health. We may need stronger stress management techniques than ever before, but we are not necessarily managing our health well in this area.
