The instructions for making the “Gillets” are:
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth.
- Strain the mixture into molds or using ice trays. Gently tap the molds on the counter to release air bubbles.
- Put the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least eight hours, or overnight.
- Remove molds from freezer and let stand 1-2 minutes. Touch the molds to the counter to loosen them and then turn them over.
