(OTC Pink: CBDD), a cannabis roll-up company and owner of a multi-brand cannabis marketing and ecommerce company mellow, is pleased to announce that Mellow has signed an agreement with the luxury CBD consumer brand UK OTO to act as distribution partner in Asia.
OTO, based in London, is a CBD wellness brand for premium consumers, specializing in delivering sophisticated products to the fancy end of the industry’s price spectrum. It has a highly experienced management team, which places great value on the brand’s messaging, positioning and product strategy. Mellow aims to deliver the OTO brand experience through its Smooth Asia division, which operates outside the Hong Kong market and already operates a multi-brand e-commerce site CBD and Heath & Wellness, as well as a network of physical retail stores under the soft banner. This agreement was signed in the second quarter of 2022.
