Cannabidiol oil product compounds are more about their potential physical and mental health benefits and less about their nutritional benefits. The potential health benefits of CBD are related to the different cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids they contain. According to a 2019 research review, cannabinoids offer immunomodulatory, neuroprotective, and anti-inflammatory benefits. Many studies have also shown that cannabidiol has antidepressant and anxiolytic properties.
