(OTC Pink: CBDD), a CBD and cannabis flower grower and distributor and producer of a full line of CBD oil and unique products sold in Switzerland and throughout Europe, is pleased to report that it has received what it believes will be the latest request for information needed to complete your GAAP audit, which is being conducted by Fruci and Associates (“Fruci”).

The company hired Fruci in February 2021. In preparation for its U.S. GAAP audit, the company also hired a Swiss audit firm in January 2021 to gather the necessary information needed to complete the audit. Fruci was significantly behind when he was retained and only began working at the Denver CBD during the summer. With multiple operations across the EU, the audit of the company is more complex than for a traditional US company, and requires much more time to complete.
“Fruci told us that except for additional information needed, the audit should be done soon,” said Marcel Gamma, CEO. “It has been very frustrating to see how market makers continually hinder the movement of our stocks when the team has achieved significant operating results and milestones. Although our initial audit timeline expectations were too optimistic, we continue moving forward with our plans to fully report and move to a high-level exchange as soon as we have the full audit. ”
