As part of our ongoing Meet Your Local Business series, this week we sat down with Aundrea Santos, CBD franchise owner American Shaman of Kingwood.Tell us a little about your business: What does your business offer and how long have you been in business?
Our business brings wellness to the world through ultra-concentrated terpene-rich CBD oil derived from all
natural and high quality industrial hemp. It is legal in all 50 states and is 100% organic, gluten-free, non-GMO.
Hemp has no heavy metals or insecticides.
We opened five years ago and have been able to educate the surrounding communities about CBD and
its benefits, as well as other cannabinoids such as THC, HHC, Delta 8 and Delta 9 to name a few.
How did you decide to get involved in this line of work?
In 2014 I had a very bad accident with an 18 wheeler. Due to my heart condition and having a
pacemaker before the accident could not take or wanted opioids for pain. After watching a local news
Report, I visited a CBD American Shaman location on Highway 6. There, I was given a sample of our water
Soluble, I drank it and after about 20 minutes my pain level dropped from 8 to 3. This product literally

you from the competition?
When someone walks into my store, we take the time to listen to them and educate them about the products that will make them the most.

I am honored to be able to educate and help people feel better naturally. I help those who suffer the same

What is your favorite part of running this business?
I like to sit down with customers in our small living room in the store to discuss their needs. I am too
happy to be able to have my adult daughter Victoria, working by my side every day. Also, I pray
with and about my clients because prayer moves the hands that hold the world.
Who is your ideal client/customer? Who does it serve best?
Our ideal client is anyone who wants to improve their body’s ability to maintain balance and manage themselves
physical and emotional stress when taking or using a CBD-enriched product.

How do you see your business growing and improving in the next two years?
I will continue to grow my business with the support of our neighbors. I want to retire and sell due to
many health problems. I have been loving and caring for all my clients, that’s why I strive for it
