A Brooklyn gift shop says access to its PayPal accounts skyrocketed after the payment app service falsely accused the store of engaging in the illegal drug trade.
The company received a lawsuit under the Hemp Farm Act Monday in New York’s Eastern District Court on behalf of Friends NYC, a CBD oil seller and other plaintiffs.
